The best way to reach us is by email: manche@6thstar.com. We usually reply within three to five working days.
What to include
If your question is about a specific system, it helps to include:
- The type of installation (camper van, cabin, full-time home, backup system) and its approximate location or climate.
- Your system voltage (12 V, 24 V, or 48 V) and battery chemistry.
- The appliance list you entered in the calculator, or the results you received.
- Anything that surprised you or did not match your real-world experience.
Please note that we can answer general questions and explain how the calculator works, but we cannot provide a certified design or remote installation sign-off. For that, work with a local licensed electrician or solar installer.
Corrections and feedback
Accuracy matters on a site about electrical systems. If you believe a formula, figure, or statement on 6thstar.com is wrong or out of date, please email us with the page address and, if possible, a reference. Confirmed corrections are applied promptly and the "Updated" date on the page is changed.
Independence
6th Star is not affiliated with any solar equipment manufacturer or installer, and the guides do not contain paid placements. The site is funded by display advertising from Google AdSense. We do not accept payment to change calculator results or recommendations.
